Sofyan’s insurance career spans several leading companies in Qatar, including Doha Insurance and Qatar Islamic Insurance Company. He rose through the ranks to become Group Insurance Supervisor at NBK & Sons Holding, where he managed diverse insurance portfolios—from medical, marine, and fire insurance to personal accidents, labor compensation, and public liability. His responsibilities included underwriting, claims supervision, asset evaluation, and policy development. Sofyan also led initiatives to streamline claims processes, manage client relations, and elevate service standards, positioning him as a pillar of operational excellence in insurance delivery.
